Amazing tech that we will never see.

Part 2-of-3 in "What if you could see the possibilities?": Stats tell us that investing in companies owned/run by women is just good business. Part 2-of-3

2 Fridays back I talked about amazing tech.

Amazing tech that we will never see.

Because…

… we don't fund diversity and inclusion.

We fund the people we see regularly in our network, in our circle, in our investing groups.

Stats tell us that investing in companies owned/run by women is just good business.

AND - if we add the stats about investing in diversity in general - including gender, LGBTQ+, culture, ethnicity, neurodiversity, race, ability, and ??? - the stats just get better.

There are SO MANY ways to increase creativity, output, and ability within a company.

And yet so many company execs today are stuck in their thought patterns and outdated ideas of how to excel at what they do.

Such a loss for the investors who invest with them.

Such a loss for the forward-thinking outside-the-box founders, their companies, and the opportunities they bring.

We need amazing companies to succeed.

BUT

What do you do if you are NOT "status quo" AND you're new to the "I think I need investment" table?

Meet me here tomorrow - It’s a surprising and insightful How-To list!
